One of the hottest products we’re seeing used during this quarantine for keeping home, work, school and life in order are PLANNERS. Makes sense, right? If ever there was something custom-made to help people survive during the chaos the coronavirus has created, it’s planners. Working from home: Planners can help people thrown into new settings and unfamiliar work conditions with setting goals, meeting deadlines, and staying focused and productive. Homeschooling: Kids of every age benefit from seeing their tasks, goals and achievements in planners made especially for them. Food and Fitness: Tracking workouts, organizing grocery shopping and meals, and keeping track of everyone’s routine helps assure better health and fitness for the whole family Finances: The uncertainty of work, income and employment means it’s more important that ever to be aware of expenses, track finances and stick to budgets. IF YOU CREATE AND SELL DAILY PLANNERS, now is the perfect time to provide your audience with the tools and support they need to survive and thrive during the “new normal” we find ourselves living in. Supporting Paralympic Athlete Brittani Coury

Vervante • November 4, 2019

Today I'm sending out a "special edition" of our blog to share something behind the scenes that's been happening here at Vervante. A few months ago I attended an event in Colorado as a speaker (that's me in the back). This event was filled with women entrepreneurs and I loved every minute of it. Someone stood out though that I was drawn too, and I'd like to share a little about her story with you - and how I, my company, and a team of dedicated professionals are rallying around this woman. Brittani Coury is a snowboarder. She holds numerous world titles and won a silver medal. She is also an amputee, and as a Paralympic Athlete she has had to overcome some serious hurdles in her life well beyond losing a limb. Her journey from running wild as a young child raised in a wrecking yard, to mohawked teenager with an attitude, to losing her leg to an injury and turning her life around to become a symbol of hope and inspiration is one that sticks with you. From underdog to inspiration, Brittani has overcome so many obstacles in life to get where she is today - and you can't help but admire her fearless approach to life and her passion for being a positive influence. As Brittani prepares for the 2022 Winter Paralympics, many of us who have had the pleasure of meeting her are rallying to support her trip in any way we can. I have dedicated some of the resources of my own company to help Brittani share her story and touch more people's lives, in addition to supporting her journey to the next Paralympics. Tomorrow is a big day for Brittani as she takes the stage at Adobe's headquarters. If you're located in northern Utah and would like to meet and see Brittani in person, she will be speaking Tuesday, Nov 5th at noon at the Adobe offices in Lehi, UT. And if you want to join in with "Brittani Nation" and follow her story, stay tuned. We will be including updates in our future newsletters, including about her book coming out soon, as well as ways you can also join in to help make her dreams come true. You can also follow Brittani's Instagram account for her latest adventures.  thank you! Cindy Tyler, Vervante CEO

Author Spotlight: Lanny Sinkin

Author Spotlight: Lanny Sinkin

Vervante • May 28, 2019

We're constantly amazed by the clever, unique, brilliant and beautiful books and products our customers create. Today we’d like to introduce you to Lanny Sinkin, a man who wears many hats but above all passionately follows his heart and his conscience to make the world a better place. The Conscious Bible, written under the nom de plume of Lani Kukini’elele, was formed from Lanny's experiences over several years while living and working in Hawai'i. The story behind The Conscious Bible Q: What inspired you to create this book? I think of myself as bringing in the book, more than creating the book. The process began when I was co-coordinator of The Lightworker Center in Hilo, Hawai’i in the early 90s. The Center was a space for teachers and healers to present workshops and classes. Over a three year period, hundreds came to present their knowledge and practices. One of the repeated experiences I had was going home to sleep, waking up in the middle of the night, going down to the Center, turning on the computer, and typing out a full cosmic story/message. By the time we closed the Center, there were five or six such stories that I left up on the Center website for anyone to find.   Some time later, I was visiting Punalu'u Beach, also on the Island of Hawai’i, with the King of the restored Kingdom of Hawai’i. As I stepped out of the truck, an energy descended upon me and I was in a different dimension. A figure dressed in a cowl and robe walked up to me and handed me a scroll. The figure said: “This is the new Bible.” I placed the scroll inside me and “woke up.”   Over the next three weeks or so, I spent every day at the computer bringing in different parts of the book, including the extensive presentation of the Melchizedek science of creation and cosmic stories, like The Star Unicorns. The stories from the Lightworker Center and the information downloaded from the scroll came together in The Conscious Bible.   Q: What advice would you give other aspiring authors or creatives? If Spirit knocks, open the door.  You may end up being a compiler, a channel, or a creator. Q: What do you love about The Conscious Bible? I love the messages, teachings, and diversity of presentations in the book. I love that some of the information is presented as kaona, a Hawaiian word that means a parable whose meaning is well hidden. There are many layers of information in the book with the deeper messages found by spending the time to reflect. I love the love that shines throughout the book. About The Conscious Bible This narrative is an exploration of consciousness, touching on a number of perspectives and different takes on creation. It presents questions for pondering, such as, “What if our God, our divine source, is a young God in the process of learning all its dimensions?” Is this God “prepared to join a larger community and participate in the unfolding of an even greater reality?” With reverence for sentient and mythical beings, such as the echoes of dolphins communicating a coherent message to mankind, and star unicorns offering illumination, the narrative continues. With a nod to conventional stories of creation, and using mathematical formulas and venn diagrams, weaving between energy, matter, and void, the book confronts topics of fear, chaos, and ultimately the purpose of existence itself. The Conscious Bible is a record of a vision that came to Lani Kukini’elele. He considers himself both scribe and author, and the book a collaboration with various expressions of consciousness. How order processing and shipping works with Vervante

Vervante • April 14, 2019

At Vervante, we’re dedicated to making the process of creating, selling and shipping your books and products as easy as possible. Today we’re pulling back the curtain to give you a behind-the-scenes look at how the process works. Sales Orders To start the process, an order is placed. We accept orders from ANY shopping cart, retail channels such as Amazon, or distribution in excel or a csv file.  You can also log into your Author Account and manually place an order via your Vervante Author Dashboard.  Details about processing orders from your shopping cart can be found HERE. Printing, Processing and Fulfillment Next, the book is either printed on demand, or pulled from stock we are storing for you in our warehouse. Here’s how that works: Printing on demand is when we print only the amount ordered, at the time we receive the order. For books or products printed on demand, you pay only the cost of printing plus postage for shipping. Bulk orders can be printed and stored in our secure warehouse, ready to be pulled and drop-shipped when you need them. If we print books or products in bulk, hold them, and then drop ship on demand there are small order and pick fees. These are to cover the cost of the shipping package/box and the labor to pull the item from inventory. For products printed or produced for inventory, including items you supply to us to ship, we have an online inventory reporting system.  We keep track of your inventory and the online reporting is updated in real time and your inventory is decremented in real time as orders are shipped.  You can set reorder levels for each item so you will be automatically notified when your inventory reaches a specific level. Amazon Marketplace: If your book or product is listed and sold via Amazon, they take a 15% discount plus $1.80 per transaction fee for each sale. Amazon pays Vervante for transactions and we post the Amazon credits to your Vervante Author account weekly. You set the retail price for the book in Amazon Marketplace and customers pay for the shipping. Shipping Once we receive and process your order, it will be shipped according to the method you or your customer have indicated. We charge postage based on weight and destination. We do not have a flat shipping fee and we do not inflate the postage rates. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS and UPS services and keep you up-to-date on its status. Here's how it works: Orders are completed and prepped for shipping, the package is scanned, and shipping labels are applied. Products are mailed according to your preferred shipping method. Shipping confirmation emails are sent to recipients with tracking information. Order information such as status and tracking numbers are posted to your account online. We hope this brief overview of the journey your books and products take from shopping carts to satisfied customers was enlightening. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to reach out to our publishing pros by email or phone. We're here to help!
