Did you know that this Friday, November 13, is World Kindness Day? Kindness is always a good thing, and with the year we’ve had, we feel like you just can’t get enough of it. That’s why we’re excited to share the news of this special day – and a special offer from us – to celebrate this great idea.
What is World Kindness Day?
World Kindness Day is a global day that promotes the importance of being kind to each other, to yourself, and to the world. The idea for World Kindness Day was launched 21 years ago by the World Kindness Movement, and is now a global movement reminding everyone of the power of kindness to overcome the divides of politics, race, religion, gender, and so much more.
How to Celebrate World Kindness Day
- Pledge to do at least one intentional act of kindness to benefit someone else.
Celebrate and encourage the good deeds that others already do by letting others know how much you appreciate their kindness and generosity.- Send a greeting card or give someone a small gift.
- Keep it simple: Smile and say “thank you.”
