Let Your Buyers Build Their Own Planner
Few people use a planner the same way. One buyer wants a Monday-start week with vertical daily pages. Another wants Sunday-start with a horizontal weekly spread and room for habit tracking. The planner that fits one buyer is wrong for the next. Most creators solve this by picking the format their core audience wants and letting everyone else go. That works, but it leaves a lot of buyers with a planner that almost fits, and it leaves sales on the table. There is another way. You can let your buyers build their own. You Set the Menu You design the covers, the page layouts, the calendar setups, the sections, and the add-ons. Your buyers choose the combination. We print and assemble each order and ship it to your customer. You are not choosing from a catalog we provide. You design every option and supply the files. We print exactly what you send. Zero Inventory on the Print-on-Demand Path The covers that print on demand require no inventory commitment at all. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Softcover in 12 pt, 16 pt, or 18 pt Poly paper, our water-resistant and tear-resistant synthetic stock A frosted poly overlay over a printed softcover Every one of these is printed at the moment the order arrives, which makes something possible that a stocked cover cannot do. A Name on the Cover Because the cover prints per order, your buyer can put a name, initials, a quote, or a dedication on the front of it. Your designer builds a field into the cover PDF where the personalized content goes. The text comes in with each order and we add it at the moment of printing. It works the same way as our personalized certificates. This is the single strongest reason to build a configurable planner on print-on-demand covers. A personalized cover is not an upgrade most creators can offer, and buyers pay for it. What Your Buyers Can Configure The lists below are what creators commonly offer. They are starting points, not a fixed catalog. If you want to offer something that is not here, supply the file and we will produce it. Calendar and layouts: Sunday-start or Monday-start weeks 12-month, 18-month, or undated Daily pages vertical, horizontal, or as a two-page spread Weekly pages in vertical columns or horizontal rows Time blocking hourly, half-hourly, or open Optional sections: Goal setting, habit tracker, gratitude Meal planning, fitness and wellness Project planning Note pages in lined, dot grid, or blank Format and add-ons: Trim size anything up to 8.5 x 11 inches Metal spiral or wire-o binding, both produced on demand so the planner lays flat Printed pockets and standard die-cut tabs, added on demand with no minimum How the Orders Actually Run We assign a part number to every component when we set up your program. When an order comes in from your store, the part numbers on each line item tell us which files to print and how to assemble them. You transmit part numbers, we do the rest. Every order ships in our standard 3 to 5 business day window. If You Want Hardcovers in the Menu Hardcover, faux leather, board, and 10 mil laminated covers cannot be printed one at a time. They are produced as a run of at least 25 covers per design, held in your inventory, and bound to an interior as each order arrives. Start Small and Grow You do not need to launch with twenty options on day one. Most creators start with one or two cover designs, two interior layouts, and a name-personalization option, then add more as buyer demand reveals itself.
